Administrative organisation and internal control

The administrative organization and internal control (AO/IB) practice of Duthler Associates focuses on assessing, organize, standardize and, together with the customer, implementation of optimized business processes. These approach is applicable for public and private organization from small to large or chains of organizations. Goal is to increase certainty about the reliability of the information, and increasing the productivity of business processes based on an integrated approach. Integrated here means that effectively and efficiently inserted definitions is the base for efficient - supported by ICT - business and organized by extension effective (internal and external) compliance.

Data definitions are derived from the applicable policies (laws and regulations, internal and external guidelines, manuals, etc.) are mutually normalized and unequivocally defined in a taxonomy.
